Felsted Catering Conversions are a family run business. We pride ourselves on our luxury & unique bespoke built Mobile Food Trucks, Mobile Bars, Mobile Retail Units and lots more. We work extremely close with each of our clients in every aspect of design and layout from their first visit to our workshop right through to the final hand over. Our clients are welcome to visit our workshop at any time throughout their build process to see how things are progressing, take update photos or just to call in to chat to the team. We want to make your visit and journey with us as easy and fun for you as possible.

Workshop Photography & Content Sharing Policy

To protect the integrity of our work and maintain a consistent brand standard, we ask all clients to adhere to the following policy when visiting our workshop:

No Unauthorised Photography

  • Photography, video recording, or content capture of any kind is not permitted within the workshop unless explicitly authorised by our team.

  • This includes images or footage of your vehicle during the build process, even if no other projects or staff are visible.

Social Media Sharing

  • We do not permit the posting of in-progress build content to social media or other public platforms without prior written approval.

  • This policy ensures that our proprietary processes, quality standards, and creative direction are represented accurately and at the appropriate stage.

Approved Content Opportunities

  • We’re happy to coordinate approved photo or video opportunities at key milestones in your build. Please speak with a team member to arrange this in advance.

Breach of Policy

  • Unauthorised sharing of in-progress content may result in restricted access to the workshop and/or formal action to protect our intellectual property and brand standards.
